First of all 0x2 and 0x02 is the same it only representation of number. And about the hdmi, you should check if your hdmi output port number is different from mine. And change itu accordingly on the device properties. Use hackintool to check the port number of hdmi output.

you are using ms-dos command, not the bootx64.efi. please make the bootx64.efi usb and boot from it.

you have to boot with the bootx64.efi. It's a grub command. Not a terminal command.

Nope, I use mojave because its very stable and use it for everyday work, I dont want to risk upgrading it to catalina because its buggy and even with the real mac its a pain in the a**.

everything is working for me but I got a lot of screen tearing when using OpenGL when I use dual gtx1080ti. And real time viewport is suffering a lot. Using the latest driver and cuda driver from nvidia save a lot of trouble.

Don't mind about my stupid question. To have 4k res you have to edit DVMT pre allocation in the bios. You can find it somewhere in the forum.
