    I would try latest one. If issue try each prior one. You should be able to put each file in efi partition at root without it interfering with OpenCore. That way you can try each one. Just remember to configure UEFI for macOS each time and clear nvram each time you change UEFI/BIOS version

    I use Carbon Copy Cloner with no issues in fact I was forced to use a clone to restore Big Sur do to accidently wiping the Big Sur NVMe SSD while trying to install Windows 10. I did not loose anything critical. Just note USB HDD Are slow
