    macOS 11.1 Update

OpenCore 0.6.4, first update I ever did where I did not select the drive to boot from. It ran completely unattended. OpenCore 0.6.4 rocks!

Use opencanopy (GUI). Files are available as part of open core release and the docs have instruction on how to setup. It is very easy

New DRM enabling method for systems with AMD GPU

I should have been more clearer. I am using iMacpro1,1 and latest versions of WG, lilu etc. and OpenCore 0.56. I upgraded last week. Since then Netflix, which used to crash on Safari, runs smoothly and I get full HD (1920x1080). I don't have AppleTV subscription or Amazon Prime but the previews...

Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX 580 8GB - Black Screen problem

Loose all the stuff under FakeID, not really needed. Under Graphics change the injects to false. Your SMBIOS section is incomplete, use Clover Configurator and generate a complete one. Try the changes and let me know.

    macOS 10.13.3 Supplemental Update

I found out what the problem seemed to be. Apparently when I used the mainboard NVRAM, the default monitor switched from the DVI to the HDMI/DP ports. When that happened the accelerated Nvidia driver would never start. I discovered that by unplugging the HDMI/DP monitor, it would force the...

    macOS 10.13.3 Supplemental Update

I updated, then went whole hog and used the CLOVER updates to remove the emulated NVRAM and installed the one that used the mainboard's NVRAM. I rebooted about 10,000 times and it would never use the Nvidia driver. Apparently the NVRAM was not being used? In frustration, I turned off the machine...

macOS High Sierra 10.13 Supplemental Update

When you boot into Clover, go to the options, system parameters and poke around looking for SIP stuff, uncheck until the SIP = 0x0. I can't be more specific about the exact location because I am not in front of my mackintosh now.

Restarts after Latest update on Sierra

Oh dear, replace the files, boot into recovery to see if you can use the Nvidia manager to uninstall the drivers.

macOS High Sierra 10.13 Supplemental Update
