Just tried it (10.7.3 to combo 10.7.4) upgrade and it barfed my machine again, even with the same kext's. Going to try ONE more time, then thinking it's 10.7.3 land for me (or turning the 485 into an iSCSI box)

same - I have an E7500 which is reporting Core Solo I have the Realtek Ethernet and Fake SMC kext's loaded, otherwise it's the standard install. Does this mean OSX will only use the one core?

Does anyone know if Lion will boot on the EX485 headless (i.e.: no VGA at all) with the standard Celeron processor? A friend who's got an EX485 is having problems. They initiated a clean Lion retail install (with Server installed and Ethernet set to a fixed address) from his Mac Mini...
