My BIOS SMBIOS is how you say above, and I'm on 14.6 Mojave, all is unto date and how it should be. I have today had a new Radeon VII card in my computer, and, so far, no freezes / crash.. yet - I'll report back if it does though.

I had hyperX Preditor 3600MHz 4x16, I think these should of worked but the sticks might of been corrupt or something. My new ones are still HyperX Predator 3200MHz RGB it looks cool - slightly cheaper in price also, 4x16GB

second stick froze machine and crashed. third stick - the computer didn't even boot up at all, not even to clover screen. I'm on the forth and final stick....

ok, so just got my kernel_task back with a system crash... it happened when I added a external disk SATA (not solid state) and used carbon copy... and without the disk and carbon copy deleted the kernel_task stays in place.
