To help reduce my variables.. Which is the correct config.plist for this given the troubleshooting info? My feeling is HD3000 1366x768 normal, rather than blankscreen or series 7 chipset?

I used this to install my Z77-D3H+i3570k which runs F14 and everything works well, but when I select 'Shutdown' the machine starts to shutdown but the power supply fans continue to run. I have to hold down the power button to get it to shut off completely.
