I updated from Sierra to High Sierra in APFS following this guide https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/update-directly-to-macos-high-sierra.232707/ yesterday and I found that it boots very slow (around 2 mins) on Apple logo screen.
This computer previously used to boot very fast (around 15secs)...
Thank you for the help and I've customized my USB settings by editing info.plist in USBInjectall.kext and reinstalled it, and both USB3.0 and 2.0 work great now. But the KP after wake issue is still there...
I asked RehabMan for the reason and he told me that my panic is in the Nvidia drivers...

I just completely followed your guide and I have to apologize that I have totally no idea on how to fix my USB configuration. You just mentioned that the ioreg shows that I'm using onboard GPU so do I need to disable Intel GPU in bios?
Still no good. Here is the panic report, ioreg and my current clover folder.
Tried to disable deeper sleep by typing
sudo pmset -a standby 0 && sudo pmset -a autopoweroff 0
no good.
Have totally no idea now...
