I just completely followed your guide and I have to apologize that I have totally no idea on how to fix my USB configuration. You just mentioned that the ioreg shows that I'm using onboard GPU so do I need to disable Intel GPU in bios?

OK anyway I reinstalled Sierra using your guide. I'll try some deep sleep to find out if this problem still exist.... Cheers.

Still no good. Here is the panic report, ioreg and my current clover folder. Tried to disable deeper sleep by typing sudo pmset -a standby 0 && sudo pmset -a autopoweroff 0 no good. Have totally no idea now...
