Looking at new computers. Do you guys think I'll have a chance with a skylake HP 750se in the future? I love the look over the Dell XPS series but it doesn't seem to have as much tonymac support. Actually I can't see any threads for previous haswell versions of the HP envy. It has a Pegatron...
I did a clean reinstall of OSX last night by erasing the hard drive before installing. My web pages are loading fine. I know it's not the best install for some but luckily I hadn't invested too much time into my previous install.
I have a 4790. In the only other similar thread I could find, one user had a 3770 and another had a 4770. I doubt it has to do with the processors being i7's but I don't remember this being a problem prior to upgrading my cpu last week from a i3. I only looked around briefly but in another...

msi gtx 650 ti
I've searched around and tried these settings...
Hey what was your fix? I have a similar setup, i3-3225 and different ram though. I updated the Bios hoping that would fix using an ivy but it didn't. I'm assuming it's the ram now, going to change them tonight.
You sound like you're in a better state than me. This has been a nightmare. I've tried every bios setting, it doesn't seem to matter. I've just stuck with optimized defaults only. The interesting thing is whenever I bsd or kernel panic, changing a bios setting is what gets it back up. There 's...
