Yes the power supply was not supplying enough power so when it needed more during installation it would restart due to not having enough power supplied.

I get a kernel panic from booting to try and install Mac OS every time. Any help? Thanks!

My computer restarts during the installing on "Sierra" part of install. It will start and progress through usually gets to 9-10 minutes remaining and then randomly the screen goes black and the computer restarts. Any help would be great. Thanks!
