USB 3.0 not working in Maverick but works when booting from install USB

It worked.. But only once..
Ok.. Let's take a breath.. This night when I got back home I started trying to install OSX on my notebook. As curious I am, I tried to install it on an empty 135GB partition I had on my HD.
