Why are you wanting to use the GT630 - it's not much faster than the HD4600 iGPU? You should be able to use both DisplayPort outputs with the iGPU - just use a DP to HDMI adapter for the second display.
For Bluetooth are you using Ethernet or a wireless card? If Ethernet just add a USB dongle...
Try this to prevent standby mode after a long sleep - I use the same for my HP 800 G1 USDT - it means it won't enter the very low power standby mode but should resume fine after sleep:
sudo pmset -a standby 0
Did you prevent APFS from being used? If not then you need to copy the apfs.efi file to Clover
Drivers64UEFI folder - this is needed for Clover to see and boot from APFS formatted drives.
I upgraded one of my builds last week from Yosemite directly to High Sierra using the downloaded full installer - no real issues apart from needing to install apfs.efi as I use an SSD - you won't need to worry about that as you don't have an SSD.
You can upgrade your Clover version before...
