I believe I solved this problem by turning the "allow LAN to wake computer" to Disabled. Not sure what exactly the sentence was as I am not at my computer at the moment but I know it was under power management. I have only tested it about 3 times but so far so good.

So I am thinking of getting an AMD FX-8150 Zambezi 3.6GHz Socket AM3+ 125W Eight-Core Desktop Processor. What are the chances I could install Lion on vmware server using this cpu? I have seen some blogs about getting lion to work using vmware even with amd chips. Anyone have any experience?

Can you post your plist, so that I can make sure I have all the standard setting correct? Just want to make sure. Plus I think it would be helpful for others, as there are many different sources of info on this combo.

I got it!! :headbang: Started from scratch again, used kotfu's method didn't change anything in the plist except GraphicsEnabler to "no". Orange output. Finally everything is working. Big thanks to everyone who helped me in the last month.
