can you be more clear how u did this? did u use the different conflig and acpi patches in the USB installer process or after the installation? u did the fresh install with the bios 1.3.1 and version 10.14.6 ??

Hi . i ve been using this hackintosh for 3 years now... everything works good and such... but i feel like formatting and reinstalling my windows 10 partition..... should i be aware of something? or can i just format it and install windows in the normal way? thanks in advance...

hey now everything is working fine , less the wireless coz i haven't changed yet the chip.... but then i formatted and splitted my second hard disk into half hfs partition and then half exfat and something funny happened.... In the clover boot window now i have a duplicated windows 10...

you need to make sure that the windows installer was made GUID compatible to install via EFI , otherwise you wont be able to install windows in this method presented in this guide... RUFUS application can do this for u.... otherwise windows installer is expectin master boot into legacy...

Im familiar with clover commands and it doesn't work for me...wonder what did I mess... inside my UEFI folder i have a extra folder called MICROSOFT.... that was prob created when i installed windows into the second partition.... i noticed that you copied ur EFI folder AFTER u installed...

You guys that followed this guide, specialy the way of how to format the ssd to make the dual boot... are you guys able to make osx be the default boot from clover?

you mean the startup disk selection in system preference from el capitan? it doesnt work either... the list on clover boot will keep havin windows selected as auto boot.

Successful build on my new laptop inspiron 7559 with i7 6700hq 1080p , dual booting on a 500gb ssd. i did follow that guide however after installing el capitan no way i could boot using the EFI from installer process, had to change to "after install EFI" right after installing OS X otherwise...
