    tried retesting sleep, will not wake properly still (system powers up, but blank screen still). also tried using another wired keyboard/mouse used on another hack build, same result. while we are talking, is it OK to do these and other apple software updates, either now or later, for Mojave...

    Hi, thanks for your help.... the clover configurator indicated that for my i5-4590 to set the system def as 15,1 so that is what I went with, I do not have legacy option ROM enabled in setup, I do not have a AMD card installed (just the basic graphics).

    I found another SATA port on my motherboard and usded it (it was white instead of blue) and also In my bios I was able to change boot mode from efi to ACHI and it worked, I was able to see the drive, not sure which one did it but i suspect it was the bios change.
