I have BCM943602CS BT/Wifi card, and have the same problem like yours. After sleeping, the motherboard wake up immediately, but display(iGPU) wait a while to wake. When USB header of BCM943602CS unplugged, computer can go sleep without waking. So I guess BCM943602CS is the most likely cause of...

Hi Higgie, thanks for sharing. I'd like to confirm if you tried the NH-D15 will block the PCIE slot 1 (graphics card). I've just brought NH-D15, if you confirmed(tried), I must swap to D15S too. Thank you.
