Thank you. It turns out it was my RAM, I upgraded to 64GB of Vengeance low profile RAM, which turns out is compatible with my mobo, but not with the macOS installed. Once I switched back to Crucial, it worked fine.

One small issue occurred, In the process I accidentally loaded two EFIs onto my M.2 disk (called CRX).
In the BIOS I only have one boot option. I choose my 500GB M.2.
The 500GB M.2 is called “CRX”.
