Is this the only sure way to know the cloned SSD drive is booting up? Every time a clone is made you have to go through that process of installing the Multibeast Clover(Chimera) bootloader? Or will it stay installed on the drive?

Mine turned out to be the CPU fan wasn't cooling anything. I noticed temps were high when playing games. Replaced with a hyper 212 Evo CPU fan and haven't had one issue since.

Mine doesn't wake from sleep either. I have it set now so monitor doesn't go to sleep. In my clover config boot it says darkwave. Not Darkwave=no or 0-10. Do you think I should change it from just 'darkwave' to at least 0?
