    Mojave App Store Not Working

This did not solve my issue. What did solve it is going into Clover, and in the Custom UUID field, changing it to let the system assign one. Restarted, and that finally solved everything for me, including finally getting Messages to work.

<< Solved >> After Mojave update cannot connect to App Store

Didn't work for me. :( Will be looking for other threads on the site that may've solved it.

[Solved] Prelinked kernel / kernel cache error when booting installer

Reviving a dead topic in case it helps folks in the future: I had this issue trying to upgrade 10.14.5 to ..6. The computer was installing the update, had restarted about 2 times, then the third time the preboot loader for the install had disappeared as an option and FileVault was selected...

iTunes Crashing: Mojave (macOS 10.14.5), iTunes v12.9.5

Weird. I was experiencing some system instability which was killing some long runs of code for work (weeks), so I got rid of the shiki-id=Mac-7BA5B2D9E42DDD94 flag on boot. System has been stable for 2 days at this point, and iTunes has not crashed, so I'm cautiously optimistic at least on my end.

iTunes Crashing: Mojave (macOS 10.14.5), iTunes v12.9.5

For me, this was basically a new system on which I had installed 10.14.4, then the next night Apple released x.5. So I figured since I was already in the install/update mode, I might as well go for it since I knew it was unlikely I'd bother later.

    Asus X299 - Support

Thanks. I've modified the values in Clover so it at least displays properly, and checked in the BIOS to make sure it's running at 3GHz.

    Asus X299 - Support

Did a bit more testing today, and I think this might be an issue with the way this code is compiled for the Mac versus Unix. I tried running on different numbers of threads on the 18core/36thread machine and up to about 25* threads, I get a reasonably linear increase, where each thread takes...

    Asus X299 - Support

I've gone through the guide. I followed C.4 (TSCAdjustReset customization), D.1 to make the EFI folder, D.2-.3 I did not follow because I already have the installer, and did a version of D.4-.5 to install (I installed from the USB and made the EFI folder on the SSD after install). I have the...

    Asus X299 - Support

Okay, I was hoping I could get away with using what worked for my other computer on this one, with small modifications, despite it being a different system. I started from scratch with the above post and have successfully installed 10.14.4. Seems to be working. However, there is one critical...

    Asus X299 - Support

Still not working. Re-read the guide and changed my SMBIOS to iMacPro1,1. Froze at 2 minutes, used the Preboot drive in Clover, and got to a macOS install window with a blue bar that cycled light/dark blue until it froze, restarted, and then was getting weird "couldn't allocate runtime area"...

    Asus X299 - Support

Okay, so, not working. I got through the point where it is installing, but it freezes at the typical 2 minutes left mark. Restart, but I wasn't sure which drive to boot from: The preboot install, or the install from disk (NOT the install from USB anymore). I tried either, and with either I...

    Asus X299 - Support

So, this is emberassing. I blame being sick for the last week and extremely sleep-deprived. I completely forgot to modify the BIOS. I've modified it now, moved the install USB to a USB2 rather than 3.1, and it's now installing. The UI seems very jerky, but I'm hoping that's an issue with...

    Asus X299 - Support

Hi folks, so, I did end up building my third Hackintosh ... but I can't get it to install. I am stuck at the ol' "RandomSeed" part of the install (can't even get to the install). My EFI config is based on my Hackintosh 2 (see sig) 10.14.4 install - which is what I'm trying to put in this - but...

iTunes Crashing: Mojave (macOS 10.14.5), iTunes v12.9.5

Just to give credit where due, it's not my solution. I'm just the guy who made the thread and then tried to post the idiot's guide to it (and I include myself in that category whole-heartedly, I apply this stuff blindly and cross my fingers).

What were you doing in FCPX? I just opened it and it opens fine, but I haven't tried to do anything in it.
