I have the Thunderbolt TB16 dock. If I do a cold boot or restart with the dock connected the screen on my external UHD monitor turns pink. But if I have the laptop already running and then connecting the TB16 it just works. If I just could get Netflix to work in safari or chrome I would be set...

Yes the card works on my gryphon lol. RTF. Bort ports works, wouldn't have bought the card if it didn't.
