I also tried updating to High Sierra with my 960 Pro but had same problem so I used my 850 EVO to update then since my NVMe was native I didn't have to install any kexts and cloned my 850 EVO to my 960 Pro.

I just did a clean install of 10.12.5 and I also have a slow boot time. When I was in 10.12.4 it wasn't half as long. Not sure why.

I get this after updating to 10.12.5 I tried updating through App Store and Combo Update(apple.com) I read something about voodooHDA was the culprit, so I deleted the .kext and tried but still same panic. Not sure what to do.

Have you solved your high cpu problem? I was running FCPX and my CPU is so high that sometimes it's really laggy, freezes or reboots my comp.
