MacOS Sierra installation Killer e2200 ethernet not working

Thanks so much for this. I had the same issue - ethernet worked on initial boot from installer, but stopped after Multibeast (and also b0rked ethernet on my Win 7 partition - how did it manage that?). I used the chown solution.

Rookie error - I was editing the wrong config.plist, I hadn't mounted the EFI volume :/ The attached does get me to the desktop without issue but I haven't worked out sleep/wake yet.

I've attached the one I'm using. BUT I don't know Clover well. I get this issue http://www.tonymacx86.com/snow-leopard-desktop-support/123471-kernel-panic-startup-unable-find-driver-platform-acpi-ioplatformexpert-cpp-1378-a-2.html#post952344 if I just let it boot, I have to go to Clover options...

Chimera 4.1 Injects Intel HD 5500 Graphics on Broadwell BRIX

Confirmed the screen freeze issue with the brix i5-5200U is fixed with El Capitan, I'm using the GM version and Clover 3259. I followed the guide at http://www.tonymacx86.com/el-capitan-desktop-support/167901-how-create-os-x-el-capitan-public-beta-installation-usb-using-clover.html, not having...

This seems to be a problem with all hd5500 systems. It does seem to be fixed in El Capitan, see this thread: http://www.tonymacx86.com/el-capitan-laptop-support/168274-hd5500-freeze-issue.html

in MultiBeast I did an EasyBeast install with the Realtek RTL8111 network driver and TRIM support selected. I don't use WiFi or onboard sound so I don't know about setting those up.

You can use the standard UniBeast install instructions at http://www.tonymacx86.com/yosemite-desktop-guides/143976-unibeast-install-os-x-yosemite-any-supported-intel-based-pc.html Just bear in mind the additional BIOS settings (first post of this thread).

Hmm. So the Brix is suffering from GPU restarts causing the screen to freeze. I've tried setting <key>IGPlatformID</key> <string>16160002</string> based on http://www.firewolf.science/2015/04/guide-intel-hd-graphics-5500-on-os-x-yosemite-10-10-3/ and using FakeSMC v5.3.820...

I have the BXi5H-5200. I cloned my desktop 10.10 install because I'm a web developer and I have a ton of server stuff spread throughout it. After cloning I wiped S/L/E, installed the 10.10.3 combo update, ran Multibeast with Chimera 4.1 and it's been running fine. I have my DVMT set to 64...
