I was able to installed Yosemite on this laptop. However, audio and wireless are not working. Another strange thing happening is the screen is very dim. Could it be the that the dedicated graphics and/or discrete graphics are not working properly?

WiFi: Depends on having compatible hardware. Use DPCIManager->PCI List to find out what you have. Compatible chipsets and the procedures for making them work are covered here: http://www.tonymacx86.com/network/104850-guide-airport-pcie-half-mini-v2.html

Audio: Best result with patched AppleHDA. Google 'patch AppleHDA guide'. Search for suitable AppleHDA or patch it yourself. Apply appropriate DSDT patches.

How are you sir. Tanx for your guide i have installed osx on my np700z5c. It wasn't boot from usb and i ise the clover cd to boot usb and install osx. I have finished my installation . But system is very slow and graphic is just 5mb i think the kexts are not installed on my lap i have used multibeast but not applyed any thing please help me sir. So sry for my bad english

Download patchmatic: https://bitbucket.org/RehabMan/os-x-maciasl-patchmatic/downloads/RehabMan-patchmatic-2015-0107.zip
Extract the 'patchmatic' binary from the ZIP. Copy it to /usr/bin, such that you have the binary at /usr/bin/patchmatic.

In terminal,

rm -R ~/Downloads/RehabMan
mkdir ~/Downloads/RehabMan
cd ~/Downloads/RehabMan
patchmatic -extract

Post contents of Downloads/RehabMan directory (as ZIP).

Also, post ioreg: http://www.tonymacx86.com/audio/58368-guide-how-make-copy-ioreg.html. Please, use the IORegistryExplorer v2.1 attached to the post! DO NOT reply with an ioreg from any other version of IORegistryExplorer.app.

And output from:

kextstat|grep -y acpiplat
kextstat|grep -y appleintelcpu

AppleACPIPlatform version is incorrect for Yosemite. Restore the original kext.

Your ioreg is corrupt, so I didn't look at it.
