NVRAM stops hackintosh from booting

Hi Guys

Today I got a iPhone 6 YAY so I've come home and found iMessage doesn't work on my hackintosh so I started googling and found that many people have success with placing NVRAM.dylib in /Extra/Modules but when I do it the system won't boot. Is there a boot flag I can try? Is this a common issue?

NVRAM.dylib no longer works once you have upgraded to Yosemite,
in fact it's item 2 in the Upgrade Guide.

I read that a few times but never read the first post. Dam it! I can never get clover working.
