Not sure on the CCC issue, but perhaps it's related to the new version of chimera? Did you use the new Yosemite MultiBeast 7 to install Chimera 4?

Before installing Yosemite, I made a bootable rsync backup of my system. Upon running into issues with Yosemite (after using multibeast), I restored from my backup. To get it to boot properly, I had to run an older version of MultiBeast (6.5 I believe) to install the older Chimera. I used my UniBeast-created USB drive to boot properly in order to make the repairs. After that, booting was fine with my old Mavericks install.

As alluded to, my issues with Yosemite seem to be related to the kext installs made by MultiBeast 7. I did the allow kext thing, but that did not make a difference. I was getting a circle with a cross through it, which seems like it might be associated with trim enabler. For now, I'm waiting things out and using Mavericks.

Good luck with your backup restoration.

Thanks for your hints. Tomorrow I will give it a try

An update:

All's up and working in Yosemite.
Followed steps in Stork's linked post (pre-upgrade prep), upgraded, then did a few multibeast options at a time and all has worked so far. First, I just did Chameleon 4 and the dev-kext-mode kernel flag via MB7. Then installed networking kext. Then added TRIM support via MB7.

I used my Mavericks AppleBCM5701Ethernet.kext and networking works fine.

Haven't tried audio yet, but I use an external USB audio card mainly and that's working.

If you have problems with audio, see my post here.

You were faster than me :))).
After solving the boot issue on the clone HDD (It was the well known Boot0 error) I reinstalled Yosemite with your same procedure. I got stuck quite a bit because of the audio. I was used to check if it worked hitting the volume keys, and of course I could not hear any sound and, of course, it was working (Look at Stork'S link).
Speedstep is working, using an appropriate SSDT.aml and enabling DropSSDT in org.chameleon.Boot.plist, adding -xcpm in Kernel Flags.
I was using Chameleon instead of Chimera and, at the boot screen, I saw my HDD with only the red light. You solve this issue reinstalling the default theme of Chameleon.

I have been away for a while, are these motherboards supporting iTunes video yet?

Sorry for the lazy post, I can't seem to find any updates on this, has there been a resolution.

So I did a fresh install of Yosemite and I followed silentmac 6'2 guide mavericks OS X guide to install this. Everything working except sound which I got working mysteriously when I installed clover boot loader. I have one issue with getting iMessages to work. They said use clover as an iMessage fix but for some reason when I installed clover it doesn't boot my yosemite drive. Chimera still boots it. Did I install it wrong? How can I get clover to boot my drive?

Take a look here:

There is a lot to read, but worth.

Help! I managed to install Yosemite using the link Stork posted, I installed a few things via Multibeast then rebooted but then it just hangs on the Apple logo and loading bar. It gets about 1/3 of the way then stops. I can boot if I go through the USB on my BIOS. Any ideas?

Edit: Solved!

SO, I did a new fresh install of yosemite on my system and figured out the clover boot loader and all is working with no issues! I love this new look as well as everything works! Hope you guys got everything working like I did and is enjoying the new OS upgrade! :)
