What do you mean? They will see the same binary, but you may be using a different disassembler than MaciASL is.

How does MaciASL works then? Is it getting the Binary DSDT from IOREG, and does it use iasl to decompile?

Yup that should be a lot better. The last time i've tried it it wasn't faster than Chameleon and Customizing config.plist just takes much time. So I think that my config.plist needed to be further tweaked.

Yes. That's the only way it could display the text in the editor.

Thanks for your help with installation (your answer about new Brightness patch for DSDT and ACPIBacklight.kext). Works very very good. Amplitude of brightness level became bigger (like in Windows).



PS. But memory of brightness level between reboot still doesn't work

You need working NVRAM for saving the brightness level. Currently, NVRAM only works with Clover.

I just migrate from Chameleon to Clover. I install UEFI Clover to my second usb flash drive. Clover works Great and fast, no display glitches.

I find one lag:
if you woke laptop after sleep mode, laptop goes to automatically reset.

Work:
Bluetooth
Cardrider
Keyboard
Touchpad
Intel HD 4000 (works great)

Don't work:
2 of 4 USB bus (yet)
LAN (yet)
AppleHDA (yet)
Sleepmode (after woke from sleep, laptop goes instantly restart)
nVidia GTX 660 (don't work forever, because nvidia optimus technology)
Intel Wireless N (don't work forever)
