System stuck on Apple screen - 10.9.3

Hi,
I have also this problem.
So I appeared for the first installation 10.9 only a couple of times, and I handled it just restarts.
But now after 10.9.3 update simply restart does not help.

Tried out all kinds of boot options that I found the forum, but no result

Intel Core i5 750 - Lynnfield
P7P55D-E
ATI Radeon HD 5570

Hi, i dont know, but I solve this problem changing BIOS settings.
Power -> Suspend Mode -> S3 only
Advance -> Marvell Storage Configuration -> AHCI mode
