Still didn't work Attached a screenshot - I've tried applying changes using both buttons circled in red

When you save it will reload your profile as well as the first build. The preview section above shows what your current list of build signatures; so if you see your changes there you'll know it's been saved successfully. Hope that helps!

This one should be in there under the X58 chipset (as "P6T Deluxe").

I know that approximatly 1.5 people are using this board for hackintoshing, but pls add ASRock X79 Extreme 6 :-D

The 1.5 including you can now choose it since I added it.

I think the motherboards should have a field for the Rev number.

For example, my motherboard is Z68MA-D2H-B3, but there are two Revs -- 1.0 and 1.3. I'm not sure what is different between the two, but when you are looking at a thread, it helps to know if the person writing a solution has the exact same MB as you do.
