Hello!
This problem is: no longer determined by the network card. The problem started long ago: problem or network card itself or a problem in the DSDT. Read somewhere on the forum that someone else has faced a similar problem and it was just DSDT. DSDT done according to the instructions https://github.com/RehabMan/HP-ProBook-4x30s-DSDT-Patch/wiki/How-to-patch-your-DSDT, SSDT with a script ssdtPRGen_v9.1.sh. There were no problems, everything work like a clock! But then no longer determined network interface card (noticed by accident, stopped working application store , and sat through the internet wi-fi, because the network was listed as built-in and fell off the system began to think that I'm not connected to the internet, set to " built " for wi -fi in the DSDT and the system put in networkplist for wi-fi en0 - shop earned), as if it physically not, in the tree of devices is empty. At first I thought that the card is burned, but then noticed that it still works ( sort of :) ) once Loading - NIC is listed device (but when you connect the cable no reaction, writes that the cable is not connected), another time Loading - no card.

Someone wrote that the problem is in the processor section DSDT. And what exactly is the problem and it is not clear? Attach my DSDT and SSDT. Maybe someone knows what the problem is?

Nothing to do with DSDT. Which driver are you using for your Realtek Ethernet?

Thanks for the answer! At first I used kext from the forum AppleLife by Slice. Attach it below. Then moved to your and now exclusively uses your driver https://github.com/RehabMan/OS-X-Realtek-Network. All third party drivers I have - it's your design: OS-X-ACPI-Battery-Driver, OS-X-Voodoo-PS2-Controller, os-x-atheros-3k-firmware, OS-X-FakeSMC and OS-X-Realtek-Network.

When there's a problem (the driver or from Slice or your) just can not say. I don't remember.
Initially, there is no problem. It seems to be a problem with the driver emerged from the slice, namely, network card worked only after put in the BIOS to boot from the network card, the system does not naturally boot but the network card started working. Then she began to fall off, as if it does not exist in the system at all. Decided to try a different driver and found yours, but the problem is gone. Now, if the BIOS set to boot from the network card, then nothing happens, black screen. By downloading the logs can be seen that the driver is loaded but nothing happens!

Once loaded OS - card is, another time - no card

Make sure you don't have multiple drivers for the same device installed.

The driver is installed, only one - that's for sure. Uninstall the old drivers, adjusted permissions, rebooted, installed the updated driver, again corrected permissions, rebooted - the same result - in the device tree no card. Looked loaded extensions - in front of the driver RealtekRTL8111 status NO.

Use DPCIManager -> PCI List to see what is on the PCI bus. Maybe you disabled it in BIOS?

Here is my PCI List. In the BIOS card is included, that's for sure.

Device is not present. Suspect hardware problem. You should verify in Windows. Also try EC reset.

Yes, I basically thought so. The hope was that the error in DSDT. But, as it turned out, everything is normal. I forgot to write when there's a problem, I Windows checked in, the same thing. So 100% of the problem in most network card: (

Thanks for the help

Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure the "network card" is built onto the motherboard. So it implies either a motherboard repair or motherboard replacement.
