Help boots to black

Great! I will try to check back here periodically to help you but I am playing Borderlands 2 right now on my second monitor. :) I'm glad the BIOS update solved your issue with boot, I'm assuming that you had to reconfigure the settings in BIOS to allow booting to USB. I will advise you on BIOS settings if you can post pics of the screens, I will definitely see how I can help you. I have an ASUS desktop that I have hacked but not a laptop.

Again, try:

You're Welcome. After installation reboot using USB to your Installation. Select EasyBeast in Multibeast (Recommend for first time hack, will probably add some unnecessary things but do it for your first time). You might have issues running multibeast, go into system preferences, security and privacy, allow apps to be opened from anywhere. If it still won't open let me know.

kk about 16 minutes remaining in installation process

so for mine do i need a dsdt? and if so could you direct me to where the one for my laptop is

So when I go to driver I presume I use dsdt when I go to audio but I don't know what alc mine is and I can't seem to find it anywhere
