Yes, but your mic is not. Thus why you need mono -> stereo.

The mic jack on the ProBook is really not a mic jack at all. It is a stereo aux in.

You might try to reinstall Chimera. And it could also be that you don't have an active partition. The BIOS is basically telling you it doesn't think the boot device is bootable. No boot record on the device. And no active partition (with a partition boot record) are two reasons why that could be.

tried reinstalled Chimera but no luck with boot

You may also have to set the OS X partition active with fdisk. At least I think you have only one partition; no Windows??..

Yes you are right no windows and one partition.
How to set partition active in ML?
 
If i take backup in time machine and format and install restore from Time machine will it be fixed?
EFI issue i guess

activate the partition didn't solve the issue alone need to delete the EFI i follow the old guide
