Please use OpenCore Configurator and you’ll see that all those additional SSDTs are simply disabled. We should not delete them because in the future you may need them. They are for different configurations.Thanks Ed.
How do I specify the DMAR table correctly? I attached a screenshot of it.
I deleted the unused SSDT's. I think I did it correctly.

all new to me.
This DMAR problem can be fixed easily.
First check if VT-d is enabled in BIOS. If it’s not enabled please enable it. Then try booting the macOS installer again.
