Hello everyone
i know that my question may be redundant but ... after 7 years of honorable service my hackintosh (i have yet to figure out if it is due to motherboard or cpu) is at the end of its life. I would like to know if anyone can recommend a build based on a future-proof MOBO, with Thunderbolt, capable of driving two displays? I have an old gtx650 that I could recycle, but I think I could do without it since I need to work with almost exclusively audio and not video editing. I have noticed that the z390 or z490 chipset is one of the top choices. I prefer to overspend on the MOBO, buy a decent CPU and two RAM and at least install Monterey, or stick with Catalina as long as possible. I hope some of you have a solution to my problem, unfortunately I don't have enough resources to buy a GPU as well. thank you
