I think also that latest mainboard and intel 10 gen require not clover but opencore

Okay,
That's for all your help peoples. This is why I ask. I do not know what Intel and Apple are up to or Intel support
on future versions of OSX.

So let me clarify.

This is what I want.

CPU - Intel i7-10700K or i9-10900k ( 5ghz )
Motherboard - ?????
RAM - 64gb Speed ?????
Thunderbolt support
Lots of PCIe slots ( Wifi FENDI, SAS controller support, etc )
Video card - (1) PCIe slot for one card.

Purpose:
Music / Audio / Video workstation.

OS
OSX Mojave and BIG SUR Support.

So what I want to know is what is the latest best motherboard type that works with these requirements ?
( Under $300 )
probably you can't find anything like that under 300.
Why don't you google first something and then look if it is hackable.

Not sure if this is overkill for you but here's another option:
I do music production in a professional environment every day & I use X299. It is extremely stable. Zero crash. Everything works ( Including sleep ).
Below is a screenshot of a Protools session @88.2Khz with 128 tracks & 225 Plugins (Waves, Izotope, Plugin alliance).
CPU usage stays around 40%, I have 18 cores running @ 4.9 Ghz with 64GB of 3200 MHZ of Ram. AIO Cooler

Asus, EVGA & Gigabyte are pretty solid Mobos ( stay away from the X299X From Gigabyte ).
You can grab a X299 UD4 Pro or Asus Prime AII for around $300. They'll do the job.
I use Mojave, Big Sur & Windows. Running OpenCore. ( Works also with Clover ).
Good luck.

Maybe you wait till Tuesday and see if apple announces some new chip with 32gb of memory and you can just buy one of those.
Yes, I have a couple Mac Pro’s I just want a PC that is hardware compatible with Mac production accessories. You guys always seem to know the latest on which hardware is the best to choose for building a PC. That’s why I ask.

Just don't raise your hopes too high… Apple is expected to announce a new iPhone tomorrow, and then new MacBook Pro 14" and 16" with a M1X (or M2) chip around November, possibly together with an upgraded Mac mini and/or a 27" iMac. No Intel machine.

So, I guess I am going to buy a few motherboards for the i7-10700k
and i9-10850k

What boards do you recommend ?

Already chosen
1) Gigabyte z490 vision G
2) Asus z490 ROG Strix
3) MSI z490 A-Pro

Can you post a build list?

If I go with the "Gigabyte z490 vision G"
what is the best Value Nvme SSD and RAM to use.
I don't necessary need the fastest just the best value.
I want to use 32gb RAM.
I will be using a Radeon graphics card or Nvidia as soon as I can get my hands on one.
They are out of stock right now.
Whats the best graphics card to use for this build ?

Sure, If I add a thunderbolt card. There are lots of options.
I think its best to use the thunderbolt card too because I hear it gets hot. So a card will provide for better cooling.
