Please try the following:
UPDATE: Just replaced the file. Please *reload* the page and download again!!
- Disable both of the previous FakePCIID kexts.
- Disable the SSDT that injects device-id.
- Install the attached kext and add a reference in config.plist.
- Filename: AMDRadeonControllerNavi21FramebufferInjector.kext
- Reboot the system and log back in.
- Run IORegistryExplorer to see if anything has changed.
