@pastrychef I have switch of iMacPro1,1 to iMac 19,1 with uhd 630 disable and system work, why need enable it?

If you are using iMac19,1, you need to enable the UHD 630. If UHD 630 is disabled, Preview and Quick Look will not work correctly.

I test 4k pictures on Preview and Quick Look in Finder, work perfectly
But I Have Vega 64, maybe is not equal of you because you have Radeon VII

It doesn't matter which video card you have. If you are using iMac19,1 you need to enable IGPU in BIOS.

In EFI, I have replace my uuid info with "change"

The kexts and drivers you removed are not essential. Your system can run fine with those removed.

If you create your own USBPorts.kext, you should add SSDT-USBX.aml for USB power injection.

I don't know how Preview and Quick Look can work for you with IGPU disabled.
