Hi Guys,
I've been reading through this forum for quite a wile now and I first of all want to thank everyone in here for the great work and support given. I'm planing on building one of those beasts and don't have much knowledge of the single components compatibility with each other. I also could not find a thread that has the same Part List, wich is why I opened this one here.
To cut to the chase:
Going through Amazon using the buyers guide I came up with the following component list and would very much appreciate some help and recommendations, if these will work well together and with High Sierra.
I really don't care about shiny LED parts, since I will have a closed case anyway. So if anything on the list could be replaced by non LED and that for cheaper parts, or cheaper parts in general (cause my budget is fairly limited) any advice will make me a happy camper.

So is this list any good? Thanks for any tip or advice in advance.

Based on my personal experience, if I were building another new Hackintosh, I would not use an ASRock Z390 motherboard. Instead I would use a Gigabyte Z390 motherboard.

Thanks Sandgroper! I see you used the ASRock. What kind of issue did you encounter? Do you have experience with the Gigabyte Z390?
Cause the guy at my local PC-partsupplier said the Gigabyte Motherboards are very frequently brought back to the store by unsatisfied customers, since they seem to have hardware issues. But ill take it in consideration.

No I have not used any of the Gigabyte Z390 however there are others on the forum that have used it and they have not had to deal with the same BIOS limitation I have.

I am not saying I would not use the board you selected, I am saying I would not use the one I selected and based on the virtual seamless experience I had with my secondary system using the Gigabyte board and the posts by others, I wish I had used the Gigabyte Z390 board for my primary system build.

The current version of BIOS for the ASRock board I have (and most ASRock Z390 boards) is version 4.0 The only version I have been able to successfully build a Hackintosh on my board is BIOS version 1.2 and I have tried all released versions in between.
