It's not like that... I use 14.2 and iGPU disable from bios actually is HD3000 ( not support Mojave ) RX560 and everything work perfect..
change GFX0 to IGPU + inject ATI.. + dummy. - witouth SSDT. ( or SSDT to inject Radeon RX560, - inject ATI )
but I use

he does not have whatevergreen kext in EFI, nor does he have those boot args

i'm puzzled, from the picture, you use SMBIOS 17,1, iGPU is disabled, only dGPU, though you have dummy kexts, it's not like that you can get hw encode and decode working, as i remember, iMacPro1,1 SMBIOS is needed.

If you look closely, he does have hw encoding and decoding. SMBIOS 17.1 is for his CPU 6700k.

If SMBIOS not iMacPro1,1, detected work but not really work, although VideoProc show H264 encoder is enabled but FCPX share as H264 will not work.

How did you guys get VideoProc to detect AMD graphics card? On my system, it shows N/A. The status for both encoder is green.

InjectATI and FB Name from config.plist, VideoProc will show correct model name, not recommended due to some ports may not work correctly, for me DP port not work need correct FB patch to resume DP functional.

InjectATI with the Orinoco name works for me but there are 6 video ports in the ioreg instead of 5 come with my RX 470. Also the mouse could be sometimes laggy on my 4k display scaled at 3000* 1688 HIDPI, 1080P HiDPI no tested. Sleep/wake fine.

If i remove weg, add AGDP patch, no ATI injection,google chrome will crash after wake from sleep, it opens with white blank, and it is hard for macOS to force kill. So i switched back to weg.

Clover AGDP patch can with WEG, chrome crash issue after wakeup may caused by CFG_FB_LIMIT, use WEG or create a dummyFB.kext should fix this issue.

Premier work and export H264
Media Encoder work and export H264 perfect
Netflix perfect
I do not use FCPX, but I'll install and test...
