I am using ga-z270x-ud3 and i7-7700K, somehow iMac14,2 can boot without problem, while iMac18,3 can't boot into login screen, any idea why?

Disable your Serial port(s) in the BIOS settings.
Boot with an invalid ig-platform-id (0x12345678), it's an option in the Clover boot menu.

It can boot but I loss graphic acceleration after change ig-platform-id or fake ID to 0x12345678

Of course you lose acceleration, it's an invalid platform ID to allow you to boot and correctly configure your system.

You had put your system into an unbootable configuration and the invalid platform ID allows you to bypass that and boot (albeit without accelerated graphics) in order to configure your system correctly.
