Dear RehabMan,

I had some wifi issues after hardware wireless button pressed by mistake. And I decided to move to 10.13.6. Of course I refresh git and reinstall all ACPI things. It didn't help. My wifi have returned only after running Ubuntu and making some manipulation with button, strange but it helped.

But problem is that I lost headphones output :(

Some debug information in the attachment.

Could you please make some advises?

BR,
Alexander

AptioInputFix.efi not recommended in this guide.

Correct - I actually meant AptioInputFix-64.efi. This driver is mentioned in the Booting guide you link to in post #1, in the image just below "The resulting drivers64UEFI should something like this".

In any case, I've had boot timeout problems with both the stock Clover and your build when using this driver on my 7-series machines. I have no specific reason to use it and so removing it hasn't caused any problems for me.

Key words "something like".

AptioInputFix is only needed if you're implementing FV.

Did you disable fast boot as per post #1?
Yes, fast boot is disabled. In fact I even can not enable it. It disabled by default and can not be changed.

Check that BT is working in Windows.
And upload PR files if it works in Windows, but not in macOS.

Is there a way to install a serial number?

No custom USB SSDT has been created for your model yet.
Read post #1, "USB customization" for required files to submit.

Is there a way to install a serial number?

Serial# is set at config.plist/SMBIOS/SerialNumber.
Read post #1 regarding custom SMBIOS data.

That's right. Relatively cheap and widely available

Works fine in Windows as well, drivers install automatically in Windows 10
Hi again, marcelvn.

I finally got the BCM94352Z, but after several attempts wasn't been able to got it working. Is there some white-list in BIOS or specific model that is compatible with Elitebook 840 g5?
