I have an i7577 which is pretty similar hardware.

I first tried to follow another thread specifically for i7677 before that thread got closed, and I got to a point where my PM was definitely incorrect. I did edit the DSDT.dsl to turn off the Nvidia card, but i could not get the PM to ever drop below 2.4Ghz.

But when I then switched over to using the SSDT.aml from this thread, the PM worked great and my audio worked, but I got a kernel panic when i shutdown. In debugging this, I figured I had originally moved a number of kexts into /S/L/E instead of /L/E. So I slowly moved things from /S/L/E into /L/E, and perhaps upreved a couple of Kexts in the process.

But once I did that, audio stopped working, and I still have the KP on shutdown/reboot.

I'm a little confused with the order of kexts. I seem to recall if I had the same named kexts in the /S/L/E and /L/E, that it would build with the /S/L/E version when I did the touch /S/L/E && kextcache -u /. I only recently noticed that i probably should be using kextcache -i too.

is it bad to run kextcache -u / instead of kextcache -i?

Where does the /EFI/CLOVER/kext/Other sit relative to the priority ordering of the other 2 areas? Should I just iterate through all my kext names and try to download the latest ones? I think I tried to download one of them once, and was fighting some KP's on boot for a while before i reverted back.

Also, since I'm not really familiar with what are all the patches in the OP's SSDT.aml and whether every portion of it applies to my HW, I really would have liked to generate my own. But when I ran the ssdtprgen, i just couldnt get the same type of performance that this current AML is giving me as perceived from looking at Intel Power Gadget.

@RehabMan ; before every thing thank you again for your great support on this forum , well I just bought the BCM94352Z a few days ago and I did the install correctly , it was working perfectly until I discover today that the bluetooth has gone away , I did a list of checkups , verified bios and re established it , but no success , wifi is still working without problems... unfortunately I have no choice but to submit my report ...

Mostly success.

Thank you everyone for all of the hard work that has already been done before i embarked on this project.

It took me a good five goes to get it to this point.... yes you do need to read all of the things( still working through that).

i updated to 10.13.6 had to fixed the USB 3.0, got audio sorted with deleting some files.

I set up a Fusion drive on mine, turns out it works just as well with partitions as it does drives, i put clover on a partition on the ssd i installed osx to a small partition on the spinning disk, fusioned a 256GB partition on the SSD and the remainder of the spinning disk to make a 1.99 TB fusion drive then i CCC'd the install the the fusion drive and it just worked.

Does anyone know the limits of the SSD portion of a fusion drive because having a 2TB NVMe and a 2TB spinning disk for a total of 4TB would be amazing?

imassage isn't working yet and my logitech MX2 mouse only works with the dongle and not on Bluetooth.

i'm at the point of copying my life over, there is no better backup solution on any platform then CCC (Carbon Copy Cloner) or SuperDuper and i'll even time machine too just to be sure.

Hi

Does anyone have a jumpy or glitchy scree screen with High Sierra on the Dell 7567?

Anyone ? Do you know if there's any kexts I can try install / replace that would help fox a jinpy screen that jumps flickers a couple of times a minute ?

My Bluetooth doesn't work. Can somebody tell me what would be the reason for it?
