You will need to be specific. What happens when you use Apple->Sleep?

And how should I change the filesytem permissions for kexts.

No need to fix permissions if you install the kexts correctly to begin with.

In sleep the power button blinks and when I press it to wakeup then it lights up and the screen goes black.

I fixed the backlight control and I updated to 10.14.2 with a clean install. When I connect to external display from USB-C the system reboots. HDMI also the same. Can you please check where the problem is?

Thanks RehabMan I will try to apply that fix.
 
The same fix should apply for type-c?
 
All was good so far and the stock laptop bluetooth (intel 9560) was also working perfectly but after I installed Paragon NTFS the bluetooth stopped working. Please help me diagnose the problem. Thanks
