I've updated the hardware details.
I apologise for being vague. I meant to say that by using the default Intel HD 4400 plist from your laptop configs repo, I was not able to boot with Lilu and WhateverGreen. But I was able to boot by using IntelGraphicsFixup and IntelGraphicsDVMTFixup kexts.

I am currently reading up on Intel Framebuffer patching as linked above.

But I was able to boot by using IntelGraphicsFixup and IntelGraphicsDVMTFixup kexts.

Haswell does not need DVMT patching (common Haswell ig-platform-id values assume 32mb DVMT-prealloc).

I updated to the latest lilu and whatevergreen kext and was able to boot. The intel HD 4400 is getting recognized correctly without any framebuffer patching. But the VRAM is showing as 4MB only. Do I need to add ig-platform-id?

I updated to the latest whatevergreen and lilu kexts and the iGPU was correctly recognised. I was also able to get the AR9565 wifi chip to work.

I finally had time to update to macOS Mojave 10.14.2. No changes need. Just update from System Preferences.

Honestly, I don't know. I had that enabled right from the start and have never changed it. Having it enabled has never given me any problems.

Which Wi-Fi/Bluetooth card are you using? Does it work in Windows or Linux?
