i try to use SSDT-TB3 V2 and now seems TB3 is working lol.

Wow that sounds brilliant. What are you connecting via TB? Are you using a USB-C to TB Adapter?
My fear is that there will be problems connecting a MOTU 8M via adapter.
Do you have problems with sleep and is hotswap working?
Did you need to flash firmware - from your post it sounds like it was working "out of the SSDT"-box

sorry, i dont have any tb device right now. so i cannot test it yet.

dont need to flash fw, just put it into clover/kext/other folder.

i think it should be work.

@applemacosxGOD Can you share your Hackintosh EFI folder, please?

I also have the ASUS Prime X299 Deluxe II motherboard with 0210 bios version, and I followed kgp's guide and used his X299 EFI file, but cannot successfully boot into macOS installation with message "Please go to https://panic.apple.com to report this panic...".

Want to compare your EFI folder with mine to see where the problem is.

Almost all from @kgp's guide, just have a little changed.

Here is my setup and EFI:
ASUS Prime X299 Deluxe II BIOS 0404
i9-9920X -> OC 5G
DDR4 3200 -> OC 3400
Disable HD Audio -> I have SoundBlaster X7
Disable wifi / bt -> i have BCM943602CS
Disable ACQ111 5G -> i dont need it

If you are not using 12 cores i9 cpu, you should disable 'CPxx->PRxx code snippet' in clover and make one for yourself.
(TSCAdjustReset.kext)

good luck.

My setup is i9-9820X / 32GB 2666MHz DDR4 / RX570 4GB
Though I've switched to my own TSCAdjustReset.kext and disabled "CPxx->PRxx", the panic message still shows...

Anyway, thank you for your informative reply!

Dear applemacosxGod,

I've the same setup as you (Board - Bios 0210 or 0404) , CPU - i9 9920X), but the GPU=Vega 64.

Bios configuration and EFI all from @kgp's guide. Only the "Above 4G ..." is ON (if's OFF the boot ist broken with the "d4" - error code). TSCAdjustReset.kext is my own.

But after boot come the same issue as @AsEvil.

Try with your EFI - same issue.

Thank you for your informative reply!

Hey everyone. I had the same problem with the Above 4G - feels better, seeing this was not only me.
I got the system up an running and have a few small problem - and a big multiple monitor one.

@Maywitt Check out this post - this is how far i got. In there you find a working EFI and config.plist. I also followed the guide. However I created the installer with unibeast and then replaces files.
Maybe the EFI folder and the config.plist help you. Beware I have a different CPU - (the "CPxx->PRxx"). The changed do not seem mandatory for installing. I just did it today.

This is the post containing all my files, kexts and configs:
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...-extended-guide.229353/page-1176#post-1893662

Hope it helps!

i build up my new PC today (i9-9920X + Asus X299 Deluxe II).

first thanks @kgp for his great guide.

but seems Deluxe II is so different from Deluxe I, i cannot make the TB3 port to work neither show the full details in System informaction -> PCI

not working list:
2 x Intel Thunderbolt 3
Aquantia AQC111C 5G LAN
(wifi 9260 + bt5.0)

wake up from sleep, all the fans will go to full speed....not sure how the solve it.

attach my clover config and the pure ioreg + DSDT for your reference.

No idea why you guys opened this thread separate from the X299 main threads. The necessary modifications for the ASUS Prime X299 Deluxe are also of interest for others. A simple post in one of the X299 main threads would have been helpful also for all others. I have seen the respective posts here with a delay of several days and weeks, because I even did not know that this thread exists at all. Ever heard about collaboration? My X299 threads are not only meant for taking but also for giving, even if one only returns feedback, remaining issues or some additional information.

You did not properly adopt SSDT-X299-TB3HP.aml, no surprise that it fails to load during system boot and in consequence TB is not properly implemented at all on your system. Please try SSDT-X299-TB3HP.aml attached below and report back with an IOREg.save and "PCI" snapshot of Apple's system report.It would be interesting to know if TB and USB-C HotPlug works with the ASUS Prime X299 Deluxe II onboard TTR controller ones SSDT-X299-TB3HP.aml is properly configured, like in case of the SSDT-X299-TB3HP.aml attached below. Anyway, please note that you need to use SSDT-DTPG.aml in addition to make SSDT-X299-TB3HP.aml properly work on your system

Concerning the Aquantia 5GB NIC, did you ever try the trick with 10.13.2 and the Aquantia "built-in" patch by Mieze, fully described in Section in Sec tin E.8.2 of my X299 guidelines?

For any further support, please provide complete EFI-Folder, "PCI" snapshot and IOREG-Save for your system in the X299 main threads. Snapshot's of your BIOS settings would be helpful in addition.

We will also have to adopt the XHC USB Kext for the ASUS Prime X299 Deluxe for it's use with the ASUS Prime X299 Deluxe II.

I do not expect further necessary modifications. Else, the ASUS Prime X299 Deluxe II should be fully compatible with all guidelines for the ASUS Prime X299 Deluxe.

I count on your collaboration and ask at the same time for your comprehension that I cannot provide help and support in threads different than the X299 main threads, which simply exceeds my personal capacities.

Good luck,

KGP

Thanks for your files which worked at 10.14.3 beta in my ASUS Prime X299 Deluxe II MB with AMD RX-560 GPU.
