If you have an issue, and have followed previous advice, you must provide an update on current problems and attach new problem reporting files.

Your kextcache output proves kexts are not installed correctly.
All kexts you need must be installed to the system volume.

Aside from kexts thing, is there anything I should change on config.plist or ACPI side?

You need to fix what has been identified then upload new PR files.
