I am attempting a fresh install of high Sierra from USB using this guide.

https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...ierra-on-any-supported-intel-based-pc.235474/

After selecting the install on the clover screen the screen goes black for about a minute and then the machine turns off. I've tried verbose mode and checked several posts for help but haven't gotten anywhere. Some help would be appreciated.

Note: I haven't posted in a long while so I will update my build in my profile right after posting.

Boot your system in Verbose Mode and post a picture of your screen when it freezes/hangs.
At Clover Boot Screen press space bar and select Verbose (-v) and Don't reboot on panic (debug=0x100).

i have exactly the same problem. it stops at the same point.
my motherboard ASRock H110M-HDV.

Okay I'm real busy on Mondays and Tuesdays so I finally got to it tonight and took a screenshot of what shows up.

Thanks again for the help!

Your system definition is that of a MacPro3,1 which fails to meet the minimum spec to install High Sierra.
Suggest change to iMac14,2.

I'm sorry it's been a while since I've done a fresh install. How do I set up the settings like that using uniBeast when creating the bootable USB thumb drive?

Ok I checked it in clover configurator and it said 14,2. Ran it again and got the same messages. Am I doing something wrong? Also I added Verbose to the boot and it ignores that. So it isn't loading my config file.

Ok. Once I realized it wasn't pulling my settings, I made sure it booted from the USB stick. Now it is installing. It looked like I got some errors during booting. I don't know if they were normal. Here is the one screenshot I managed to take.
