Am confused because i don't know if i have to adopt it from CP00->PR00 all the way to CP24->PR26 or CP25->27 due to the 28-1???

Hi @taskforce21

ioregistry tells you which CPxx are used. Those one you sort to PR00 to PR27 then the unused ones you assign to PR28 and following.

All the Best

Whats the difference between the audio drivers? By using the AppleALC audio implementation, my green audio port from the board will work, as well as the gpu audio?

Hi @taskforce21

that is exactly the idea

Hi @mcity

Is that a new install?
If so, is it possible that your TSCAdjust does not fit your CPU core / thread count?

All the Best
Frank
Sorry for the late response, Yes, this is a new install.
Could be, will check it today.

I recommend you get rid of those ssdt, they serve no purpose of any kind other than somehow making the cpu numbering look linear. It doesn't add any real value, and it's easy to mess it up.

Nothing to “get rid off” and there is also no “SSDT”... I implemented CPU core ACPI replacements and renamings wthin my config.plist. All are disabled by default!

Nobody MUST rename and order CPU cores.

Else I would rather prefer that you stay short with your personal opinions and related comments. Try to help and support people instead of advertising against something which is anyway optiinally implemented in my guide.

Now I will continue enjoying my holidays..

Cheers,

KGP

No need to patch 1401! Just manually disable MSR Lock in your BIOS settings.

thanks for your kind @kgp

the clover will stuck at ++++++++++++ with unpatched 1301
you means is "Just manually disable MSR Lock" 1401 will be ok without patching,is it?
when i update it to 1401, if it can't work ,may i downgrade to patched 1301?

Hi
When I have time I will check
Please update your files
#ori dsdt
#ioreg
# THB SSDT

Oh, no - it's fine - I am using your updated separate, two-file SSDTs and it works. I had tried to combine them into a single SSDT like KGP's combo SSDT, and received the error that I posted. No need to analyse my setup :)
