Btw, can i use my macbook pro serial or that will cause a conflict??
You can but if you connect them both to the network there will indeed be a conflict that may lead to Apple disabling your Apple ID. There is no need to use information gleaned from real Macs, Clover configurator generates numbers in the correct format to enable access to Apple services.

I asked because i've gone thru a bunch of serial and haven't find a good one.

You should read the guide again, you obviously don't yet understand it.

look I select Imacpro1,1, select trust, generate a new serial and than i check with everymac.com. every serial i enter so far says "no result found". I probably do it wrong, you tell me? Sorry for asking too many questions.

I have never tried it with an iMacPro1,1 serial (I don't have that hardware), maybe everymac.com haven't caught up with that one yet.
Three choices then:
1. Verify on appleserialnumberinfo.com instead.
2. Ignore the part about everymac.com and move on to the next phase.
3. Choose a different SMBIOS.

Edit - Guide updated.

@garbage914 running as per kgp's BIOS settings.

Not sure if it helps, but making sure your TSCAdjustReset.kext values are setup for 7940X not 7980X?

For what it's worth, I'm using NZXT X52 for cooling on my system.
When you say you're using his settings, are you using the ASUS MultiCore Enhancement to "Auto", AVX Instruction Core Ratio Negative Offset to "3", AVX-512 Instruction Core Ratio Negative Offset to "2", and CPU Core Ratio to "Sync All Cores"? I didn't use those settings - I used the "optional" settings (Disabled, Auto, Auto, Auto) because it seemed like my Water cooler (similar one to yours - mine is the Corsair H100i v2) might not be strong enough.

I did put the IOCPUNumber to 27 in the TSCAdjustReset.kext.

@garbage914 Are there any extra drivers etc you've installed?

I attempted to install Razer Synapse software and it started buggering up OS so i reverted back to one of my orignal builds.

The other thing I can think of is I haven't done anything about E.9.1 point h. simply because I wouldn't have a clue what the values should be for the 7940X compared to kgp's 7980X.
The only drivers I've installed are the Nvidia web drivers for High Sierra for my Geforce GTX 1060 (I just tried uninstalling and using the Mac graphics drivers but still get crashes).

Could you look at the attached picture and see if your Drivers64UEFI and Kext Other folder match mine?

I did 9.1 up until h also - I couldn't figure out what to do at h. Not sure how important that might be...?

Just use AVX Instruction Core Ratio Negative Offset to "3", AVX-512 Instruction Core Ratio Negative Offset to "2" and see if your freezes vanish..

Good night.. 2:00 am here..

@taskforce21, you cannot check the serials for SMBIOS iMacPro1,1 on everymac.com (not implemented yet). I clearly state in my guide that you should forget about that part and believe in the serials provided by Clover Configurator. They are correct and they work!
