i've finally solved it, just w/AppleALC + Voodoo 2.9 and of course with all your support, kexts and help, fully working on APFS

AppleALC.kext and VoodooHDA.kext are mutually exclusive. Decide which one you want use and remove the other.

I've tried both independently and it doesn't work only combination of both does, moving voodoo kext from S/E to clover works both ATAPI & HDMI, really weird behavior

/S/E never used for kexts.
All kexts should be installed to /L/E, as per FAQ:

Not outdated. Just never written/modified for the BT hardware bundled with AR9485.

AR9485 not recommended.

lenovo has a bios whitelist so only very few options are available, seems like BCM94352Z could be candidate,

regarding the BT issue 0cf3:3004 device is included in IOath3kfrmwr.kext (see attached screen shot)

updated to 10.13.5, boot install w/unibeast efi in usb 2.0

Which may or may not be the BT controller you have (no PR files attached).
