IDT7695 is relatively common.
It is even one of the codecs supported by the ProBook repo...

i've finally solved it, just w/AppleALC + Voodoo 2.9 and of course with all your support, kexts and help, fully working on APFS

AppleALC.kext and VoodooHDA.kext are mutually exclusive. Decide which one you want use and remove the other.

I've tried both independently and it doesn't work only combination of both does, moving voodoo kext from S/E to clover works both ATAPI & HDMI, really weird behavior

finally edited kayboard map with ukelele really easy and fast, one step forward for final result
 
IOath3kfrmwr.kext is outdated

regarding the BT issue 0cf3:3004 device is included in IOath3kfrmwr.kext (see attached screen shot)

Which may or may not be the BT controller you have (no PR files attached).
