"Problem Reporting" files are incomplete (no EFI/Clover attached).
Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.

No files in ACPI/origin (you forgot to press F4).
config.plist has the _DSM->XDSM patch disabled. As a result, SSDT-DiscreteSpoof.aml, even if coded correctly, will likely be ineffective.
No idea why you have SSDT-8-OptTable.aml in ACPI/patched.
Read post #1 carefully.

I finally upgraded to 10.13.
I gave up months ago as I could not boot after installation due to a conflict with my SLI of 2 GTX 980ti - it's a desktop computer - and I did not want to remove one as that would mean messing with my custom water-cooling. But following your instructions (_DSM to XDSM renaming in config.plist and add-on SSDT), I was able to make the 2nd card invisible to OS X.

Yes... this same problem/fix applies to desktops too (I use it on a Z270 desktop I have here).
 
ok so I am getting this same error. It seemingly loads up everything, but then everything disappears and one line appears at the top and its the infamous com.apple.xpc windows server 0 error. I have read through everything and I cannot figure out what I am doing wrong. I have tried different kexts, using the haswell clover.config , using the proper fakesmc. I cannot however figure out how to do the dsdt spoof. I only have windows 10 on pc atm. I used to have sierra, but had to re-do the laptop. I can still install sierra just fine, but high sierra I cannot get passed the server 0 error. I have included my efi folder.

did you create the SSDT-DiscreteSpoof.aml ?

also you are missing _DSM->XDSM in config.plist

also may be best to use a config.plist from the laptop guide:

just follow the guide as is, on a mac
 
Ok I will just have to reinstall Sierra then I guess and go from there
